Today, I woke up at 1:35PM toget my day started somewhat early… And by “somewhat early,” I mean up before at least 3PM. My boyfriend, two room mates and I Waked n’ Baked before realizing how insanely hungry we were.
My friend had the genius idea of making waffles with out Waffle Maker and adding peanut butter and chocolate chips into the batter. Omfg, that was the best meal I’ve had in a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time. We even had Eggo’s buttery syrup, whipped cream and brown sugar. Aw, it was the shit. I’d say that I wish you could have been there but I’d just be lieing because I want more waffles for me. Being a female who can’t cook, clean or do any other girly duties for shit has it’s benefits. I get to have my boyfriend and guy friends cook for me. Wooooooo!! I’m not worth even one camel but hey, at least I get mine.
Don’t you guys love the History channel? I swear, I could literally sit at home all day and just learn about different periods of time. Doesn’t it always seem like they will always have some sort of special on the end of the world. Today, we watched Last Days on Earth and it was pretty frightening, to be honest. The show counts down the seven most likely ways in which the world could end, including gamma ray bursts, machine rule, asteroids, super volcanoes, nuclear war, pandemic flu, and global warming. What the show stresses is that these events could happy any day and we would only have a few minutes notice to prepare. They are organized from least likely to most likely:
- 7. (a) Death of a Star: Gamma-Ray Burst
- 7. (b) Death of a Star: Black Hole
- 6. Intelligent Machines
- 5. Super Volcano
- 4. Asteroid
- 3. Nuclear War
- 2. Plague
- 1. Climate Change
I don’t know if it was just the weed but I was seriously paranoid, thinking about the possibility of this actually happening. I guess you can call me a Scaredy Cat but I even find myself scaring the crap out of myself by Googling information on the Doomsday Predictions of 2012.

Here's some L4D cosplay at Comic Con 2009...
Anyway, yeah all-in-all today has been pretty laid back and fun. These are my perfect kinds of days. Now, it’s time for “Riot Monster bites into…” aka interesting news of the day…
Well, the coolest Nintendo DS game that’s coming out this year, Scribblenauts has a new trailer. I am still missing out on San Diego’s Comic Con, the one event that I’ve been wanting to attend for years now. Peter Jackson states that he is not going to be working on any Halo movie. Instead though, someone thought it’d be a good idea to make a Halo anime. I’m not going to lie, I’m kind of enticed by it. I saw the world premiere of the teaser on Game Trailers on Spike TV the other night and liked what little I could see. Speaking of Game Trailers, there is a new episode of one of my favorite web series, ‘Hey Ash, Whatcha Playin?‘ on there that everyone should check out. By the way, did you know that apparently Left 4 Dead 2 is racist because “several” of the zombies are African American? And last but not least, here’s a story about a man who falls in love with a female ten-year-old video game character.
Wtf just happened? “Why did you slap me with a barrage of random news?!” you ask? I’m thinking about starting a series. You caught me in a bit of a brain storm… It’ll get better, I promise.
